Psychology and Psychotherapy Cumbria were looking to refresh their current website which was starting to bring in less enquiries.
Digital Paw were pitching against other agencies. What the client liked about us was the attention to detail we took in order to put a proposal together. We took the time to gain access to their Google Analytics and analysed the data to see what pages performed, what pages didn’t and why. Other agencies took a more general approach and our client felt they weren’t listened to.
We pitched the colour scheme, a transformation of the page structure, and using neuromarketing techniques, we offered advice on how to personalise pages to each therapist whilst remaining professional and knowledgeable.
“It has been a pleasure to work with Leena at Digital Paw; she has been both inspiring and professional. Leena produced a proposal covering all the detail that we needed, and she did so within a couple of days of first speaking to her.
We are a group of 6 independent practitioners and Leena kept us informed, on task and on schedule to a tight deadline. The website she produced for us is high quality and represents us each individually as well as highlighting the values and principles that bind us together in the work we do.
We thought this would be a difficult project to manage but Leena excelled and we are delighted at the results she produced for us.”
